My name is Pallavi Dadarkar and I am a certified yoga teacher passionate about sharing the transformative benefits of yoga. My approach combines physical practice with the deeper philosophy of yoga, helping students improve their wellbeing both on and off the mat.
Yoga has the unique ability to support physical fitness, mental clarity, emotional balance and spiritual growth. Through mindful movement, breath awareness and traditional teachings, I help students develop a sustainable practice that enhances everyday life.

200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training
Completed in 2024 at Aum Ashram in San Antonio: an in-depth foundation covering asana, pranayama, meditation and yoga philosophy.
